Nothing in this Agreement will be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits. THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS DISCLAIMER AND OTHER PROVISIONS THAT LIMIT OUR LIABILITY TO YOU.

By accessing, browsing, using and/or downloading the pages in this Site, you agree to accept and comply with this Agreement for each use and visit to this Site. If you do not agree to accept and comply with this Agreement, you should not access, browse or otherwise use this Site.

FinTech reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update this Agreement, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates. Such modifications, alterations, and updates shall be effective immediately upon posting. You agree to be bound by such modified, altered, and updated Terms of Use if You access or use this Site after We have posted notice of such modifications, alterations or updates. You agree to regularly review this Agreement and to be aware of such revisions. Your use of this Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by this Agreement as changed.

Content and Intellectual Property. Unless otherwise stated, the content of this Site including, but not limited to, the text, audio, video, html code, buttons and graphic images contained herein and their arrangement is our property or that of our licensors, and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without the prior written consent of the proper owner. All trademarks used or referred to in this Site are the property of their respective owners. Nothing contained in this Site shall be construed as conferring any license or right to any our copyright, patent, trademark or other proprietary interests or any third party. iv. Unless expressly stated otherwise herein and save as otherwise governed by the Privacy Policy, any information submitted by you through this Site shall be deemed non-confidential. You represent that you have the lawful right to submit such information and agree that you will not submit any information unless you are legally entitled to do so.
v. You will use this Site in an honest, lawful and professional manner for the purpose for which it is provided. Specifically, you will not (a) license, sub-license, publish, broadcast, distribute, use, copy, modify, create derivative works, sell or otherwise transfer any information found on this Site, save as expressly permitted (b) adapt, modify or create derivative works of this Site or reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying intellectual property used to provide this Site or seek to access this Site by means other than those stipulated by us (c) remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on this Site (d) disrupt or interfere with this Site.

You represent and warrant that you will not use any robot, spider or other automatic Programme or device, or manual process to monitor, copy, summarize, or otherwise extract information from this Site or its content, in whole or in part, including, without limitation, creating any frames at any other websites pertaining to any portions of this Site.
vii. Further you represent and warrant that (a) all materials and information submitted by you via this Site is true, current and complete (b) that you have the right to provide it and for it to be used for its intended purpose and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party, including without limitation, any third party’s intellectual property rights, data privacy or confidentiality rights and (c) you must not submit any information or material which is unlawful, illegal, defamatory, derogatory, obscene or which may cause damage or offence.
Children Under 18. Children are not eligible to use our Site. If you are under 18, you can use this Site only in conjunction with your parents or guardians.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FinTech Innovation Lab (including without limitation, the participating sponsors and supporting organisations of the FinTech Innovation Lab Programme, its and their members, managers, officers, employees, agents and the assigns of same) from and against any and all loss, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses), claims, damages and liabilities related to or associated with your use of the Site and any violation of these Terms of Use and/or any law or regulation by you.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. By using this Site, you hereby agree that any and all disputes regarding these Terms of Use will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England. These Terms of Use operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. If you attempt to bring any legal proceedings against FinTech, you specifically acknowledge that FinTech is free to choose the jurisdiction of our preference as to where such action against us may be held, without regard to where in the world you are located, or from where in the world you visited this Site.

Waiver. The delay or omission by either party to enforce or exercise any terms or right pursuant to this Agreement will not impair any such term or right nor be construed to be a waiver thereof and will in no way affect the other party’s right later to enforce it. Any waiver by either party of any covenants, conditions or agreements to be performed by the other party will not be construed to be a waiver of any succeeding breach thereof or any covenant, conditions or agreement herein contained.
